Statute of the Panhellenic Association of Ship Suppliers and Exporters (PASEPE)

The statute of PASEPE defines as its primary purpose the fraternal union of all ship suppliers and exporters in the country, the support and promotion of their common professional and economic interests, and their contribution to the development of the sector and the national economy. The Association seeks cooperation with public and private bodies, as well as participation in international and national institutions of social dialogue. It also enhances the actions of its members through training and information programs, studies, research, and participation in projects funded by national or European resources.

PASEPE is governed by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee. Its members may be natural or legal persons engaged in ship supply or export activities, with a professional presence in Greece. The statute sets out in detail the rights and obligations of members, the procedures for registration, withdrawal, or expulsion, as well as financial management, sources of income, and the administrative operation of the Association. Special emphasis is placed on transparency, legality, and professional ethics.
